Motivational Morning Thoughts to My Writing

Watching how animals behave gave me ideas to write.

It was almost giving up, lying its tiny body between the rocks.

Oh, No!

It was a baby. It was born a week behind everyone else. After its mother was gone into the sea like other mothers, it found a way to be with other little ones.

Big waves came.

Everyone except the youngest hurried to leave the site, heading towards a place to hide from the big waves for a while.

The youngest hurried, too.

But it fell so behind from everyone. There were more than ten baby sea lions, running, moving steadily with their bigger bodies and hands towards a destination — a pond with a waterfall.

The little one tried. It climbed up the stream. Its chubby body and wet still-somewhat-fluffy-hair were fighting against the harsh rocky path.

Against the current, it kept climbing up. Everyone was so ahead of the youngest one. Despite its efforts, the youngest one could not see everyone.

When the next rock seemed too high to climb, it decided to rest its body.

The body slowly stretched out.
