Love this!
What I do is, I wrote roughly about what I want to do (New Year's resolutions). One of them is: WHEN I walk, I will aim for 5,000 steps. I made it not too stressful, but something to motivate me do my walking exercises.
And someone on this platform has said something like this "Medium will be still here when you come back." 😎
