This article is responding to the writing prompt of the Writing Prompts & Tips, Easy 7 Days.

When I want to or can have a quick lunch:

  • Have a thing or more to do
  • Simply have some leftover or lunchbox to dive in
  • I’m not so hungry

Knowing what to add from one ingredient to another and one condiment to another galvanized me into a faster action — a nice swirling feeling in the kitchen.

I didn’t have a big breakfast today, and I was moderately hungry.
I cooked my lunch. I didn’t spend much time on it.
I felt I was already becoming an expert in making this version of soup noodles.

Kinds of ingredients I used:

  • Buckle wheat noodles (1 serving)
  • 1 Mushroom (Shiitake)
  • 1/3 Carrot
  • A tiny block of meat, chicken (if you want to try it without meat, you can substitute it with a fragment of any stock cube)

I used hot water. I placed the meat and roughly cut the mushroom and carrot into the pan.
Then I poured soy sauce…
