Why do we need the food we want?

Because we crave it!

Yum, yum.

The tastes. The memories.

Our bodies need it.

Or, the eagerness to seek a completely new experience.

Some cooking advisers or avid cooking recipe uploaders on SNS may take up some challenges here and there. But, not every meal I make consists of a climbing the Matterhorn-like challenge. My kind of cooking is something I do daily. I only make small changes here and there.

I can’t come up with new recipes every day, but I like doing a challenge irregularly.

The other day was my fun mashed potatoes day!

Yeah, I wanted to make a tasty chunk of creamy mashed potatoes.

Last time, I could not find the right tool to make it. But, it also ended up good.

This time, I found a driller!!!!!!!

Zzzz.

I mean a blender. I picked one of the hand blender heads, which was handy, arm-muscle friendly, and capable of mixing ingredients very well so soon.

I used two huge potatoes. I washed them, peeled the skin, and chopped them into small pieces…
