A Long Walk
It made me think…
I was glad I could get through it quicker than the last time.
I took the same path about half a month ago. It was about the same weather, sunny, warm, and nice breezes here and there.
I felt it was extremely hard to reach the point where I was aiming to in 20 minutes last time. The hill was steep. Gosh, I had to stop and take a deep breath several times. I endured. I completed climbing the hill… and another road, too, which had added up my physical training of the day (or I shall say of the week). Perhaps the stroll for me was like a cooling-down exercise after the exhausting hill climb.
This time I felt it was much easier to go through the same path. With just one break, I completed climbing up the hill. Yeah, felt like this, 🧗♀️, and felt great about my improvement. Another thing that differentiated from the last time was the cherry blossoms. They awaited.
I felt I needed to cherish my efforts. I needed to see it as my new start.
On the way going down the hill, I took photos this time.
These long-reaching branches were moving down and up just a little when a nice breeze…
