A good question! It's hard to answer with the 2D images.

It's hard to show but in my computer after I created the 2023 and the bunny, they are 3 dimensional objects, characters, or surfaces. By using a software like Blender, it lets a user like me to create these through the available computer graphics/technology/abilities.
